0.6/1KV fire resistance shielded electrical cable
PVC/XLPE eectrical power cable is used for transmit and distribute power in power transmission and distribution system of 35kV or lower. It is generally applied to the fields including power, construction, mines, metallurgy, petrochemical industry and communication in complete replace of oil immersed paper insulated power cable and in partial replace of PVC insulated power cable.
The products can be produced according to our factory specification which is equivalent to the standard IEC60502.The factory can also design and manufacture special power cable according to the other standards required by the customers.
The main characteristics of low smoke, halogen-free, fire resistance shielded electrical cable is very low smoke emission and harmless (low toxic, low corrosive) besides the property of flame retardant. It can be used in such kinds of places as subway, tunnel, power station with special demands of property of flame retardant, the density of smoke density toxic index if cable is burnt.
Calculation condition of the ampacity ambient temperature is 25℃
Conductor working temperature is 90℃
Soil heat resulted from water migration when it operates continuously.
Gap between axis of cable and surface of ground is 1000 millimeter when it is laid in ground.
For multi-core cable, gap of axis of cable is 3 times O.D.
